CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR

You deserve to do work that makes a difference

We offer a wide range of printing services that we leverage to make things easier for our customers. They may be contractors who need architectural prints, small business owners who need signage for a new promotion, representatives from a non-profit who are making tickets for their fundraiser, or state employees sending a mailer, the products and services vary, but the point is always to do what we do best so they can do what they do best. We are making a difference in our community every single day and we hope you will consider joining us!

HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Taking unusually good care of the people we serve is central to what we do here at Date Line, and the Customer Care Coordinator is central to those efforts. This person must make customers feel welcome and well-cared for (in-person, online, and over the phone) as they field questions about our services, take orders, provide updates about the status of projects, and coordinate pickup or delivery of completed work.

The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers in our lobby, over the phone, or using online tools like e-mail and Facebook.
  • Taking orders over the counter in our lobby and process all incoming orders from our website.
  • Invoicing completed projects and coordinating pickup or delivery with customers.
  • Completing simple projects for customers while they wait.
  • Supporting the production team as time permits.

We operate in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities and the Customer Care Coordinator fills a valuable role by giving our customers the direct care they need, while ensuring fewer interruptions for the production team.

We are ready to teach you how to operate our equipment and how to create the products that help our customers succeed, we just need you to show up and care.

SPOILER ALERT: If you have experience in the restaurant industry you likely have the skills necessary to be successful here. Plus you'll have fewer sodas spilled on you and enjoy a more traditional work week.

  • Starts ASAP
  • Full time, 8:45am-5:15pm, Monday-Friday
  • $15/hr
  • Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Retirement benefits

We need you to be able to lift about 50 pounds because there is always a box of paper or a roll of vinyl that needs to be moved around.
Having a good singing voice is a plus, but not required.
